A: We aim to ship orders out between 2-3 days after order placement. 

The delivery time depends on location and local FedEx.


Q:Will you mark down/declare the value of my order for customs?

A:No, Monstargear compliance with tax regulations.


Q: Can I change my shipping address?

A: Yes you can. If order hasn’t shipped please contact us via discord #support or email

If order has shipped out changing address will cost $15.


Q: Will our products be restocked?

A: Our series of boards will not be restocked; one time run!


Q: I have issue about community GB item/ aftermarket item

A: We do not guarantee to any of those. Please contact to GB runner/seller. 


Q: May I get a replacement for my order due to damaged items?

Exchanges and refunds are not possible after assembly.

Outside - Scratches defect  over 3mm

Inside - Scratches or defect over 5mm

Outside visible anodizing defect.

Outside dent over 3mm

My product got delivered as damaged


We need picture of

  original state when it has delivered 

  original state inside of box(with original buffer air cap) and inside of product box along with product

  picture of damaged box and product.
